ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREA hydraulic excavator having a lower boom part, anupper boom part, and a jib, for conversion to grabber opera-tion with a long reach and a high lift, characterized in thata connecting part, used to secure the upper boom part firmlyto the lower boom part, is provided with an eye to which thehydraulic cylinder, used to actuate the jib, is attached pivot-ably by means of a pin.
