PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic system for an excavator, which dispenses with supply of electricity to a work room, need not take into consideration the risk of inflammation of sparks, and contributes to improved safety, and to provide a lift pump for the excavator.;SOLUTION: The hydraulic system for the excavator is formed of: the lift pump which is arranged in the workroom, for pumping up oil discharged from the excavator; a lift pump switching valve which switches a hydraulic supply passage for driving the lift pump: a driving pump driven by a motor, and supplying oil to the lift pump switching valve: and a control means for controlling the lift pump switching valve and the driving pump. Herein a driving means formed of the lift pump switching valve, the motor, the driving pump, and the control means, is arranged at a location separated from the work room.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
