Endless transport bands are used for transporting margin-perforated paper webs in printing machines. The aim of the invention is to provide an endless transport band made of flexible plastics which is made in one piece and the elongation of which under high tensile stress is prevented. The object of the invention is to design the band parts of the endless transport band which are especially susceptible to elongation in such a way that, under a possibly high tensile stress, the flexibility of the endless transport band is not diminished. The essence of the invention is that bearing bosses are arranged on the band part of the endless transport band located on the driven side, that a web encircling the endless transport band and connecting the bearing bosses and sprockets is provided, and that the band part is made wider than the teeth of the endless transport band.
