False floor for electrical racks - uses special jack heads and has racks supported by rails and not by tiles

The false floor for a room with electrical racks is formed by flooring-tiles resting on a system of rails and cross-bars supported by telescopic jacks. To install a rack, one removes one or more tiles, fixes two rack supporting rails across the jack supported rails, fixes between these four rails a grid for the rack ventilation and removes one cross-bar in order to obtain a passage for the electrical cables. This flexible system uses special jack heads. The jack head includes a platform (12) centred on the jack telescopic axis (11). This platform (12) has a raised step (18) having three projections (20,21,22) forming a T. The platform (12) has a fourth projection (15) on its side opposite to the step (18). The rails rest on the platform and the cross-bars on the projections.
