The racquet is for a ball game and has two plates (1,2) between which the player's hand is placed. The plates are joined by rods (6) and bars (9,10) which form compartments between them, in which the player can place his fingers. The bars are parallel or slightly inclined w.r.t. the main axis of the racquet. There are 4 bars and the little finger and thumb are placed outside the outer bars (10). The racquet is held on the player's wrist by straps (5).
