PURPOSE:To permit minute cutting-in at a low cost by separately constituting the feeding of pressurized gas onto the bearing part in the thrust direction and applying a minute displacement onto a rotary shaft by the pressure difference of the pressurized gas supplied in the thrust direction. CONSTITUTION:The pressurized gas supplied from a feeding port 57 is gushed- out onto the flange 60 of a rotary shaft, passing through a thrust plate A59, and a thrust bearing on the right side is formed. The pressurized gas supplied from a feeding port 61 passes through a thrust plate A59, thrust plate B63, and a journal housing 48, and further passes through the thrust plate B63 again and is gushed-out onto the flange 60 of the rotary shaft, and a thrust bearing on the left side is formed, and thus the right and left thrust bearings are formed together with the right-side thrust bearing and supported in floating state. The pressure difference of the pressurized gas supplied in the thrust direction provides a minute displacement in the thrust direction for the rotary shaft.
