PURPOSE:To enable an efficient use of the quantity of light of a reference light source by providing a concave reflector on the back thereof. CONSTITUTION:A concave reflector 2' is provided on the back of a long-life reference light source 1 such as halogen lamp while a heat absorption filter 3 is provided between the reference light source 1 and an object 6 to be inspected to intercept lights excluding 455nm to 575nm in the wavelength. This can elevate the efficiency remarkably than by focusing with the conventional lens while increasing the light with the wavelength of 455nm and 575nm thereby reducing the quantity of serum as object 6 to be inspected.
