ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREA signal commutator selectively passes one of a pluralityof input signals to a variable amplifer in an order determinedby order information stored in a memory circuit. The gainand offset of the amplifier is varied as indicated by operationalinformation also stored in the memory circuit to achieve astandard output signal as each input signal is coupled to theamplifier. Preferably there are two variable amplifierswith one amplifier being adjusted to proper settings whilethe other amplifier operates on an input signal.
