Device comprising a solar collector (1) which has surface irregularities (3) and is crossed by a heat exchanging fluid, said fluid being sent to a compressor (7) by means of a first heat exchanging fluid/water exchanger (4), of a reverser (6) and of an accumulator (5), said compressor (7) being connected to a ventilator- convector (11) by means of a second exchanger (8) supplying a storage tank (9) and of said reverser (6), the output of said ventilator- convector (11) being connected to an expander (13) and to a receiver (14) by means of a third exchanger (12), said expander (13) being connected to said solar collector (1), the water of the primary exchanger of the storage tank (9) being set in circulation by a linear accelerator (11) in a closed circuit (15) connecting the three exchangers (4, 8, 12) and comprising an expansion vessel.
