Moulded polyurethane foam materials are prepd. by expanding/moulding a mixt. of (I) polyisocyanates, (II) cpds. having reactive H atoms, and a mol. wt. of 62-10,000, (III) water and/or org. blowing agents, and (IV) a demoulding agent consisting of (a) salts of polysiloxanes contg. amino gps., and (b) fatty acids. IVa is pref. a methylpolysiloxane contg. amino groups and 5-80 Si atoms. IVb is pref. oleic acid, or a mixt. of technical fatty acids contg. this acid. Very easy demoulding of the foamed prod. The demoulding agent does not sink in the reaction mixt., and does not harm the properties of the prod. The moulding has a high quality surface free of cavities and other defects. The foam prod. can be flexible, rigid or semi-rigid.
