The invention relates to an anchoring for a prestressing member for prestressed concrete, having an anchor body (7) with conical bores (6) in which is arranged in each case a wedge (2) for anchoring the wires or strands (1). To prevent the parts (3) of these wedges (2) or mouldings with which they cooperate from slipping to varying degrees, the parts are connected with one another or the parts and the mouldings are positively connected to one another in the longitudinal direction while retaining their displaceability in the radial direction. This positive connection can be formed from a ring (5) inserted into an annular groove (4) or from intermeshing toothing. The advantage of the invention lies in particular in that, even during insertion of the anchoring parts, i.e. the wedges or the wedges and the mouldings, their mutual position is fixed so as to be non-displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the anchoring, without hindering the transverse compression which is required for the clamping forces to become effective and hence for securing the anchoring.
