PURPOSE:To monitor injection process simply and practically exactly by a method in which a packing process is divided into plural sections arbitrarily defined, and monitoring detectors for injecting operations are provided to each section to judge the goodness of the injecting operations for every section. CONSTITUTION:Detectors 16, 17, 18 and 19 to detect the pressure and speed of injection and pressure of resin during packing period are attached to the injecting cylinder 12, screw plug 13, heating cylinder 14 and molds 15 of an injection molding machine 11. Detected values using time as a variable, detected by each detector, are put in a monitor 23 continuously, where the deviation between the detected value and a reference value set up in a reference memory 26 is calculated by a deductor 31 and the accumulated value of the deviation for every detector is calculated by an adder 37a. The accumulated value so obtained is compared with an allowable value set up in an allowable value setter 38a by a comparator 39a. When the accumulated value exceeds the allowable value, an alarm (a) is sent out.
