PRODUCTION OF FRIED DUMPLING, STUFFED WITH MINCED PORK AND CONTAINING BEEFSTEAK PLANT LEAF

PURPOSE:To produce a fried dumpling, stuffed with minced pork, and having a refreshing taste without giving a smell unique to the pork by placing a beefsteak plant leaf between the coating of the fried dumpling stuffed with minced pork and ingredients thereof. CONSTITUTION:A beefsteak plant leaf or cut leaf thereof is placed on the coating of a fried dumpling stuffed with minced pork, and ungredients thereof are placed thereon and wrapped in the coating. Alternatively, the beefsteak plant leaf or cut leaf thereof is mixed with the ingredients and wrapped in the coating for the fried dumpling stuffed with minced pork.
