THIN PLATE WORKING PROCESS USING NO WATER

摘要

PURPOSE:To save a drying stage in the thin plate working for the body of motor car, etc. by performing air sanding to the finished state without using water in place of the water sanding stage to be performed after putty applying stage. CONSTITUTION:Polishing is completed using no water by operating an air sander after finishing a thin plate working stage and a putty applying stage using a dust sucking sander and a smoothening sander in combination appropriately. The polished surface is then undercoated with a conventional surface. By this method, conventionally performed forcible drying stage reguiring 0.5-1hr has become unnecessary. Moreover, defective operation caused by the water contained in blister in the putty is eliminated.
