READDIN SYSTEM FOR RESULT OF PARITY CHECK TO REPRODUCING DATA WITH MAGNETIC CARD READER*WRITER

摘要

PURPOSE:To simplify the software for parity check, by reading in the result of parity check as to the reproduced data at recording operation at the most significant bit of the accumulator register in CPU. CONSTITUTION:The result of parity check at the recording operation of the magnetic card reader/writer MCR/W performing the recording and reproducting to the magnetic card taking the parity bit added to the data and the data having less bit number n than that for one word as the unit data, is read in the most significant bit of a given register in the central processing unit CPU. Further, the data bit in the reproducing data at reproducing operation is read in the least significant n bit and the result of parity check is in the n+1-th bit from the least significant bit.
