METHOD FOR GENERATING SATURATED STEAM FOR DISTILLATION TOWER AND STEAM SATURATOR

PURPOSE:To discharge a high b.p. substance or coloring matter in overheated steam out of a system while collecting the same, by providing a steam saturator between a steam generator and a distillation tower. CONSTITUTION:The tower bottom liquid of a distillation tower 1 is supplied to a steam generator 4 to generate overheated steam which, in turn, is blown into a steam saturator 5 and overheated steam is discharged from diffusion pipes 13 through an overheated steam blow-in pipe 9. The tower bettom liquid of the distillation tower is introduced into the steam saturator 5 through a tower bottom liquid inlet pipe 16 and a high b.p. substance or coloring matter in overheated steam is absorbed in a gas-liquid contact device 14 and discharged out of the system as a liquid 16 from a discharge pipe 19. Overheated steam passes the gas- liquid contact device 14 and a mist catcher 15 and supplied to the bottom part of the distillation tower 1 as clean saturated steam.
