SPEED GOVERNING MODE CHANGE-OVER TYPE FLOW CONTROL DEVICE

PURPOSE:To enable to select both modes under load whatever by a structure wherein a mode to control flow rate by simultaneously opening and closing a plurality of valves and a mode to control flow rate by respectively and sequentially opening and closing a plurality of the valves can be changed-over from to each other by providing two kinds of mechanical cams so that one cam allows to be acted as fulcrum when the other cam is used in a flow control device to control flow rate by means of a plurality of valves. CONSTITUTION:The valve rods of steam regulating valves 1-3 are respectively and pivotally attached at the intermediate part of levers 13-15, at both ends of each of which rollers 16a-18a and 16b-18b are respectively and rotatably mounted. Cams 7a- 9a and 7b-9b corresponding to said rollers 16a-18a and 16b-18b are provided respectively onto camshafts 6a and 6b, which are respectively common to the cams 7a-9a and to the cams 7b-9b. The respective camshafts 6a and 6b are rotated through the engagements between racks 5a and 5b and pinions 10a and 10b by means of servo motors 4a and 4b, which are actuated separately. The respective levers 13-15 are rocked by the rotation of the camshaft 6a or 6b with the rollers 16a-18b or 16a-18a, which are at the other end side of said levers than the side of the rotated camshaft as fulcrum, resulting in opening and closing the respective steam regulating valves 1-3.
