This invention relates to the water meter of the double case type with wings. A number of inflowing-inclined pipes(18) are installed between the internal case body(14) and the water chamber(12). The shape of wings(24) is formed with a curve and the shape of the influx hole(19) is smaller at the side of internal case body(14) than at the water chamber(12).
