This arrangement allows an easy height and depth adjustment for the rake (3) which is mounted on the housing plate (1) at the front. The wheels (6) are well proportioned in relation to the appliance in terms of their diameter, so that the appliance can be pulled very easily by means of the rolling lever force of the wheels (6). So that the wheels (6) remain adhering closely to the ground under different ground conditions, the rake is equipped with a ballast pan (9a) which can be filled either with sand or with stone from the garden terrain.
