This suspending and holding device comprises a basically rectangular clamp 1 which is slightly longer than the width of the file or binder, and which comprises, along one 3 of its two longitudinal branches, or between the latter, and slightly projecting from the two transverse branches, two hook elements 4, 5 intended to rest upon the two parallel supporting rails 10 of a suspension file type storage cabinet. The invention applies particularly but not exclusively to the filing of the documents produced by the type of printers used in information technology. IMAGE
