PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition giving a (semi)incombustible light- weight heat-insulator for building, by using an inorganic filler as the main component, and compounding with an inorganic foaming agent, a urethane prepolymer, a reaction rate regulator and water at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) 100pts.(wt.) of an inorganic filler (e.g. Portland cement), (B) 1-40pts. of an inorganic foaming agent (e.g. an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal bicarbonate, etc.), (C) 2-40pts. of a urethane prepolymer, (D) 0.1-20pts. of a reaction rate regulator (e.g. borax, calcium chloride, etc.), (E) 0-20% of an additive (e.g. foam stabilizer) and (F) 10-200pts. of water. The amount of the solid component of the organic resin is =40pts. per 100pts. of the inorganic solid component.
