PURPOSE:To exactly measure the inclination of cell hull being driven for raising the driving accuracy of the cell hull by using a system in which a differential transformer type inclinometer and a synchro-oscillator are provided on a hanging beam and the inclination of the cell hull is detected by using values measured by said meters.
