PURPOSE:To exactly measure the inclination of cell hull being driven for raising the driving accuracy of the cell hull by using a system in which a differential transformer type inclinometer and a synchro-oscillator are provided on a hanging beam and the inclination of the cell hull is detected by using values measured by said meters. CONSTITUTION:A cell hull 8 previously manufactured is delivered to a construction site bay a crane ship 1 and positioned by a transit, and then the zero-adjustment of each meter is made before startup of driving work. The pointer of the indicating instrument 9 is adjusted to + or -0 by a setter 11 for the differential transformer system and also by a differential signal receiver 13 for a synchro- system. When the cell hull 8 is inclined at the time of driving, the inclination is measured by a differential transformer type inclinometer 14. On the other hand, the relative displacement difference between a hanging beam 3 and a base 4 is also measured by each of synchro-oscillators 15. The measured values are put together and displayed on the indicating instrument 9, and by the indicated values, correction and control are made for the inclination of the cell hull 8.
