PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution and to decrease power consumption by providing a master focusing adjusting means in a horizontal and vertical oscillation circuit. CONSTITUTION:The horizontal and vertical oscillation circuit includes oscillators 30, 31 obtaining sawtooth wave deflection signals with opposite polarity to each other, and the charge start potential of capacitors C1, C2 is controlled by transistors Q21, Q31. A power supply voltage control circuit is connected between power supply terminals 32a and 32b and a voltage division circuit 37 is connected between both power terminals (b, c) of two power supplies of the said power voltage control circuit. In controlling a voltage applied across the voltage division circuit 37 by controlling the power voltage control circuit, a mean value of the voltage across a variable resistor R21 is controlled to change a focus voltage. A focus control signal generating circuit is a simple constant current source in a horizontal/vertical pin-cushion correcting circuit and the power conumption of the said circuit is decreased than of other distortion circuits.
