TELETEXT PICTURE FILE DEVICE OF TELETEXT RECEIVER

PURPOSE:To accomplish the reproduction of a teletext picture by a television receiver by reading and displaying received a character signal on the television receiver after said signal is provisionally recorded on a data recorder. CONSTITUTION:Television signals obtained from a receiving part 2 are added to a data sampling circuit 8, and character signals are sampled. After these character signals are converted into parallel signals by a serial/parallel converter 22, they are provisionally stored in some buffer memory of a display memory 20. After a multiplex H period of character signals is finished, a CPU25 decodes types of data packets, which are stored in display memories 20 and 21 and a picture plane multimemory 28. Display data stored in display memories 20 and 21 are read out by a column counter 15 and a row counter 16 for a display period, controlled by a display control circuit 24, and displayed on a picture plane of a CRT7 through a switching circuit 4.
