APPARATUS FOR INTERMITTENT DRIVING OF CLEARER FOR DRAFT ROLLER OF SPINNING FRAME

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of an apparatus for contacting a rubber blade intermittently to the waste cotton attached to the draft roller to remove the cotton therefrom, by using a cam roller, a bracket, etc. as a part of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The rubber blade 1 to be contacted to the draft roller 2 is held with the main body of clearer 3 and the pressing plate 4. The assembly is supported swivellably around the shaft 33 with the swivelling bar 7. The main body of the clearer 3 is connected with bracket 15 via the thrust screw 13, the gauge- adjustment bracket 14, the protrusion 17, etc., and the cam roller 19 is supported rotatably to the bracket 15. The cam roller 19 is made to press against the rotor such as the middle bottom roller 34, etc.
