The two parts of the implant (1) are at least partially bedded in the bone (5). One of the parts extends in two transverse directions and is supported on the other part. It is either a rod on which the artificial tooth is fixed, or is an artificial implant. - The other part (3), that cooperates with the rod or implant (2), has a notch in which one end of the rod or implant engages. The rod or implant end section is approx. equal to the notch section and the sections are shaped so that the end can slide in the notch with gentle friction.
