The spraying machine has a filling hopper (6), through the filling opening of which the material passes into a bucket wheel (11) which revolves by means of a vertical shaft which is offset laterally with respect to the axis of the filling hopper to such an extent that the upper side of said wheel and the hopper base (6.1) only overlap in the region of the filling opening. The housing of said wheel is sealed only in the region of a blow-in connection stub (4) for the compressed air and a blow-out connection stub for the material. Said compressed-air spraying machine is equipped with a device for supplying pulverulent additives, which permits a selectable admixture ratio with respect to the material. In the case of said device, upstream of the inlet of the bucket wheel (11) beneath the hopper base (6.1), the housing upper side is open in the bucket region and, thereabove, there is arranged a container (20) for the pulverulent additives, having a metering device which is driven intermittently by the bucket wheel (11) such that, whenever a bucket (11.1) passes beneath the outlet opening of the metering device, the latter dispenses a predetermined quantity and the additives pass directly into the buckets of the bucket wheel.
