Method of Enzymatic hydrolysis of Amine of D - alpha - amino acid in the corresponding D - alpha - amino acid.Is the treatment of an aqueous solution of the Amidah (D - alpha - amino acid with 3 to 6 carbon Atoms with a preparation containing aminoacilamilasa obtained from a Culture of Rhodococcus erythropolis or Mutant thereof, in the form of wet cells.Immobilized in a suitable Carrier; followed by the Recovery of alpha - amino acid from hydrolyzed following Conventional Methods. The hydrolysis is carried out in a medium of pH between 6 and 10, at a temperature between 20jc and 45jc. These D - alpha - amino acids have applications as Intermediates in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and herbicides.
