14ABSTRACT:A method and apparatus for transporting smallquantities of viscous material and for depositing theviscous material on a substrate by means of a transportpin formed by an ultrasonic sonotrode. Two components ofa two-component adhesive may be suppled in small meteredquantities and intimately mixed and the mixture may bedeposited on a substrate. Due to the fact that the twocomponents are mixed only a short time before they aredeposited on the substrate, the pot life of the mixturedoes not become a problem.
