PURPOSE:To make the metal plate body frame substantially thick by securing the cylinder to the body frame or main bearing at the position nearer to the output shaft of motor than the cylinder side securing position of main bearing. CONSTITUTION:The position for securing the cylinder 18 to the body frame 13 is formed nearer to the output shaft 16 of motor 12 than the cylinder side securing position of main bearing to be secured to the body frame. Since in the interval CD to be applied with highest force through compressive reaction, the board thickness (t0+t1) which is the sum of the thickness t0 of the metal plate of the body frame 13 and the thickness t1 of the flange of main bearing 17 is achieved resulting in the rigidity (t0+t1)/t0 times of conventional one.
