Columns (5a)(5b) are provided in the manholes (2a)(2b) of sewer pipe (1). Pulleys (13a)(13b) are attached to the columns so that they can move in the up and horizontal direction of the sewer pipe. A jet nozzle (18) of a moving wire and the end of an induction hose (19) are fastened to the moving wire provided between the pulleys.
