1. Process for evaporation drying of a colloidal organic solid-liquid mixture with at least two drying steps, where in the first drying step by boiling the liquid an overpressure of the solid-steam mixture is produced and the solid-steam mixture is expanded afterwards, characterized in that the mixture is transferred from the first drying step to the second drying step under the maintained boiling pressure, the steam volume being mainly separated from the solid material and expanded.
