Additive for hydrocarbons, consisting of a tripartite mixture of: a copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene with a molecular weight of between 1,000 and 70,000; naphthalene or one of its alkylated derivatives, and an alkylated terpinolene derivative. The invention also relates to the solid packaging of the said additive in tablet form and to the corresponding process of preparation. Finally, the invention describes the use of the said additive to lower the limiting filterability temperature of various hydrocarbon fuels.
