PROCESS FOR OBTAINING AN ORGANIC NITROGEN BASE INSOLUBLE IN WATER FROM AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF ALKALI METAL BICARBONATE AND BASE CHLORHYDRATE, ACCORDING TO WHICH SOLUTION 11 IS TREATED WITH A CHLORHYDRATE COMPLEMENT BASE 12, AND THE RESULTING LIQUID 18 IS TREATED WITH A BASIC AGENT 30 CAPABLE OF DECOMPOSING THE HYDROCHLORIDE. THE INVENTION APPLIES TO THE REGENERATION OF AMINE IN THE PROCESS FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF SODIUM BICARBONATE BY THE AMINE TECHNIQUE.
