The invention relates to medical instruments. The device which is the subject of the invention is of the type comprising a ferrule 4 which is fixed to the body 3 of the patient and comprises a flexible annular base, and a system 5 for fixing the tube 1 in the said ferrule 4, and is characterised in that the system 5 for fixing the tube 1 in the ferrule 4 comprises a bush 10 mounted in the ferrule 4 in a fixed manner coaxially with the ferrule, the tube 1 being engaged in the body 3 of the patient through this bush 10, and ribs attaching the bush 10 to the flexible annular base, these ribs forming between the flexible annular base and the body 3 of the patient a cavity 12 for hygienic treatment of the parts of the epidermis situated around the tube 1 and the said cavity 12 being closed by a cover 13.
