Agendas enabling the user to plan his or her activities in harmony with the evaluation of his or her aptitudes. The agendas are comprised of a specific computer-personalized graph with diagrams established by calculation of the biorhythms, indication of circadian or daily and seasonal rhythms or other characteristical criteria required by the user. They may exist in the form of daily sheets and weekly sheets of various sizes. Figure 3 corresponds to this abstract and represents a biorhythmic daily sheet for a person born on April 18, 1947. In practice, lineages of the hours may be replaced by light shaded areas.
