PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to facilitate the adjustment of progress of a conference when a conferee does not come on time.;SOLUTION: A conference information registration unit 121 has the place of a conference, the agenda items of the conference, the person responsible for each agenda item, and the deliberation order of agenda items, registered in a conference information table 131, and a location confirmation unit 123 identifies the users present at the place of the conference and acquires location information indicative of the location at which each user is present, referring to a user location table 222. A deliberation progress adjustment unit 124 brings backward the deliberation order of an agenda item among the agenda items registered in the conference information table 131, the person responsible for which agenda item is not in the place of the conference but in a predetermined area, on the basis of the specification result and the location information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
