The agenda (1) has a casing with a display unit i.e. tactile screen (11) surrounded by a frame (12), data entry units permitting entry of data, and integrated power supply units, where the casing is in the form of a digital frame similar to a digital photo frame. Microcontroller implements management units managing a common agenda common to two users and a personalized agenda personalized for one user. The units take into account the data to be entered or suppressed by one of the users in synchronized manner in the agenda common to the users and the agenda personalized to each user.
