OIL FEED STRUCTURE OF SCROLL TYPE FLUID MACHINE

PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform oil feed securely without impairing the strength of a bearing by forming an oil passage communicating with an oil feed passage and extending in the radial direction above a bearing and on the other hand by arranging an oil return passage between a housing located below the oil passage and a drive shaft. CONSTITUTION:Above a bearing 6 of a drive shaft 5 of a scroll type compressor is arranged an oil passage 12 communicating with an oil feed passage 11 and extending in the radial direction. On the other hand, below the oil passage and between a housing 4 and the drive shaft 5 is formed an oil return passage 13. Accordingly, oil drawn up through the oil feed passage 11 is fed via the oil passage 12 to the upper part of the bearing 6 and, after lubricating every sliding pars, returns via an oil return passage 13 to below a casing 1.
