PURPOSE:To give a dampishly slimy feeling to each pile, by sticking a polyurethane resin foaming paint layer, having minute air bubbles inside, to piles bristled on a surface of a base material. CONSTITUTION:A polyurethane adhesive layer 4 is formed on an outer surface of a base material 2 in a sueding tone trim 1, and pile 5 consisting of a polyamide fiber is joined to this adhesive layer. A polyurethane resin foaming paint layer 6 is stick to this pile 5, and this polyurethane resin foaming paint layer 6 comprises minute air-bubbles 7 inside. Owing to the trim 1 in such like constitution, a soft feeling of the pile 5 and a dampishly slimy feeling are multiplied to each other, thus the sueding touch and appearance are secured. Therefore, if this trim 1 is attached to a vehicle as car trims, refinement of the vehicle is yet more heightened.
