PURPOSE:To make supply of a resin uniform, and to make a construction simple and ready, by fitting a rotating shaft to the tip of which a die is connected into a support section having at the center a stepped cylindrical fitting section that has resin supply passages in cylinder peripheral sections. CONSTITUTION:The center of the support section 4 has the stepped cylindrical section 5 (comprising cylinder peripheral contact sections 51a-54a and cylinder end surfce contact sections 51b-54b), and the cylinder peripheral sections have the resin suppply passages 81-83. The rotating shaft 1 is loosely fitted into this stepped cylindrical section 5, and 1 is drilled to have passages 101-103 in communication respectively with the resin supply passages 81-83. The dies 110-140 connected to the tip of the shaft 1 are drilled to have passages respectively in communication with the axial passages in the shaft 1 such that the passages of the dies are communicative with branched annular paths having the same length and positioned at several points.
