The syringe comprises a housing with cylindrical chamber contg. at opposite ends an insertion opening for the plunger and a discharge opening for the contents. The chamber comprises in succession an insertion section (12) for the plunger (4), an intermediate section (13) and a section (14) accommodating the contents. The insertion section is of larger and the accommodation section of smaller diameter than the plunger.
