Method for enzymatically convert a polysaccharide in a monosaccharide or in one or more of Lower Molecular Weight polysaccharides. Is to put in contact the polysaccharide to a pH between 4.5 and 8 with an enzyme from Bacillus megaterium NICB.Or is 11568 and alpha amylase activity, where the polysaccharide used is a partial hydrolyzed Starch, Starch, Pullulan and a Cyclodextrin, using the Enzyme of Bacillus megaterium along with glucoamylase in dextrose Syrup production from Starch or a hidroliz Ado of starch.The reaction temperature is between 40 and 60jc, being hydrolyzed Starch maltodextrin which contains a 20 to 40 weight% dissolved solids.
