Prefabricated construction system - has wall panels and roof modules joined by threaded rods with tensioners and joint seals

The prefabricated construction system e.g. for houses, consists of exterior and interior wall panels joined to columns and roof modules which are joined to the wall panels or the supporting columns. All of the components making up the wall panels and roof modules are made with holes at appropriate intervals for the insertion of threaded rods or bolts for assembly. The rods are made with conical heads on both ends which pass through the holes with a slight clearance and are fixed in place by nuts with pressure screws to apply the appropriate tension to the joints. The rods can be in different shapes according to the types of joints, e.g. T-shaped for connecting three panels to a single column, and the surfaces of the components being joined are made with matching recesses for seal elements.
