This device 100 comprises a base flange 10 equipped with a supply hose 11 for the delivery of fuel, and pipework 20 for refuelling in vertical position, elastically linked to the hose 11, and which can be automatically placed in vertical position from an offset or folded position, this pipework for refuelling in vertical position is composed of a flexible part 25 without spiral of a pressurised reservoir for the refuelling of aircraft and of an elastic winding 21 placed around the flexible part of the pressurised reservoir, this winding is fixed by its two ends 21a, 21b in the vicinity of the two ends 25a, 25b of the flexible part 25 of the pressurised reservoir in order to prevent any movement, and this flexible part 25 is equipped at its upper part 25a with a connector 30 which is itself equipped with a coupling device 31 for in-flight refuelling. This device, mounted on a bowser or a ship, makes it possible to easily refuel helicopters or vertical take-off aircraft in hovering flight above the said bowser or bridge of the said ship, in the event of it being impossible to land.
