It is known that some pharmaceutical preparations based on a foetal substance have the property of regenerating animal and human cellular systems. The subject of the present patent is a new process for producing a medicinal solution based on a mesenchymatous substance of the microseptum type, of foetal origin, which can be injected or administered to a patient. This new preparation process comprises complete grinding of the substance at the freezing temperature and its complete dissolution in physiological saline. The present invention is used in medical and dermatological treatments.
