The subject of the invention relates to a device causing tumescence in sexual and other organs. It consists of the combination firstly of an evacuated thermal suction element 1, 7, 4 stimulating blood flow and aflux and secondly an incorporated vasoconstrictor element 2 keeping up the turgescence after the first treatment. It is intended to promote erection by provoking muscular and mucous inflation of the organs and by retarding detumescence. IMAGE
