The device has a friction unit e.g. dildo (2), that is fastened at an inflatable hopping ball (1) such that it is positionable in the sexual organs such as vagina, anus or penis of a person when the person sits on the hopping ball. The hopping ball stimulates the sexual organs of the person after positioning of the friction unit through up and down movements of the person. The friction unit stands erect at the periphery of the hopping ball, is made of soft-flexible plastic material and has a complete cross section.
