MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY TO NONSPECIFIC INHIBITOR OF MONOCLONAL ANTIGEN AND HYBRIDOMA PRODUCING SAID ANTIBODY

NEW MATERIAL:A monoclonal antibody for nonspecific inhibitor (MNSF) of monoclonal antigen. USE:A remedy for an autoimmune disease. PREPARATION:For example, a spleen cell collected from BALB/C mouse is stimulated with concanavalin A and cell-fused with a thymoma cell and MNSF- producing cell is subjected to screening and then monocloning by a limiting dilution analysis to provide a hybridoma cell, which is then cultivated and MNSF is separated and purified from the culture medium. The purified MNSF is emulsified in a complete Freund's ajuvant and the emulsion is administered to a BALB/c mouse to immunize the mouse. A spleen cell of the mouse is collected and cell fused with a myeloma cell and the fused cell is cultivated in a HAT culture medium to afford hybridoma, which is further subjected to cloning by a limiting dilution method and the resultant monoclonal hybridoma is cultivated to provide the aimed monoclonal antibody.
