PURPOSE:To feed a deformed seedling culture box to be transferred with no trouble, by providing a driving roller in a part, in which the seedling culture box applying a bed soil, seed and covering soil is relocated from a horizontal transfer feeding bed to a seedling culture box step piling device, and a freely rotating elastically mounted roller in the upper side of said driving roller. CONSTITUTION:A seedling culture box 7, to which a bed soil, seed and a covering soil are applied, is conveyed in the direction of an arrow head by a transfer feed roller 4 of a horizontal transfer feeding bed 1 provided on a pillar 3 vertically provided on a floor 2, being fed to be transferred to a seedling culture box step piling part S. The seedling culture box step piling part S provides in its inlet a driving roller 57 while in its upper a freely rotating elastically mounted roller 107. The seedling culture box 7, whose point end part is held by the driving roller 57 and the elastically mounted roller 107 being put therebetween, is fed to be transferred to the seedling culture box step piling part S. In this way, for instance, the synthetic resin made seedling culture box, even if it is deformed, can be fed to be transferred to the step piling part with no trouble.
